I’m not trying to sell a software program, but I am selling my creative “deal structuring” services. I told you about the program to give you an idea of my qualifications.

I’m not a Broker! I am not a Realtor! I work with them and have established many good relationships with them. I will not attempt to cut them out of your deal or advise against them in any way. It makes no difference to me if your property is listed or not. My only interest is that you are aware of all the options that are available to you, that you have an actual game plan and a good deal structure and that you are prepared to fully negotiate and get the deal done.
The first thing I do is determine whether I can be of any assistance or not. If not, I’ll tell you that and we’ll both be on our way. If I can give you some assistance I’ll only bill you for the actual time I spend on putting it together which can be anywhere from $100 to $500 – depending on the complexity. In some cases it could be a little more commercial properties as they tend to be more complex.
